WARRANTY

Seller warrants that the goods are of merchantable quality. The Seller does not in any way warrant the fitness of the goods for any purpose other than as a container for bottles. Seller expressly disclaims any liability arising out of rough handling of the WINEHUG® when a container is enclosed. This express warranty excludes all other or different express, implied or statutory warranties or warranties by operation of law or otherwise. In the event of breach of any warranty applicable to the sale of the goods, the seller shall be limited to the repayment to the buyer of the purchase price upon return of the goods to the seller or replacement of the goods as the seller's sole option. The seller shall not be liable for any other damages, either direct or consequential. Caution: Do not over inflate.
